Director of Marketing, UW Foster School of Business
Coherent marketing systems for organizations built on complexity.
Fifteen years building brand, partner, and operating systems across SaaS, internet infrastructure, and higher education, for organizations with too many products, too many audiences, and not enough shared clarity between them.
I lead a nine-person team and a two-million-dollar budget at UW Foster School of Business, where I rebuilt the school's brand and marketing operating model from the ground up. Before that: partner marketing at Identity Digital, demand generation at an AI/AR startup, go-to-market at Leafly and Favly. The through-line is the same regardless of industry: turn organizational and market complexity into a system a team can actually run.
Where the work lives
- Strategy: operating models, demand generation, and go-to-market work across five companies.
- Brand: four rebrands, one UCDA award, and the case for narrative discipline at scale.
- Content: thought leadership, press, and the writing behind the strategy.
- AI adoption systems: practical AI infrastructure, built for repeatable use.
"Good strategy means nothing if it can't survive contact with a real team, a real budget, and a real deadline. I build for that."
